Associated Construction Engineering Consulting Services

  • When conditions are discovered during the building evaluation that require review and design by an engineering discipline, the services of engineerig firms are added to the design team and those services are typically involved during the design and construction phases of the projects.
  • When required, the engineer will establish areas of structural distress and determine the extent to which remedial work is required.
  • The engineer will review existing structural systems design.
  • The engineer will field identify existing condtions and document structural load calculations and code compliance.
  • As a design team we will provide structural engineering analysis as required to determine the extent of structural repair or replacement required in association with roofing, waterproofing, flooring, and building restoration procedures.
  • When required, an engineer will observe existing mechanical equipment, review equipment condition, and provide analysis to determine capacity of equipment and ability to meet design conditions, as they currently exist, as they relate to water intrusion or condensation within the building.
  • The engineer will provide determination of extent to which mechanical equipment exacerbates problems related to moisture intrusion and interior condensation problems.
  • As a design team we will provide mechanical/electrical engineering analysis to determine new equipment required in association with roofing and waterproofing procedures.
  • When required, provide detailed mechanical/electrical analysis in association with equipment relocation required due to roofing and waterproofing procedures.
  • When required, provide mechanical and electrical analysis required to detemine rooftop equipment that requires removal and replacement in association with roofing and waterproofing procedures.
  • Present to Client a report including the structural and mechanical/electrical engineering evaluation, analysis, and recommendations.
