Our services include site investigations to determine existing conditions, destructive investigation as required to evaluate concealed conditions and identify problematic issues, water-testing procedures to determine the cause of existing leak conditions, thermographic moisture surveys for roofing, design of roofing and waterproofing systems, specifications for roofing and waterproofing systems, site investigations and design of industrial and commercial flooring systems, the preparation of construction documents, construction contract administration services, and full-time site inspection during construction when requested. When appropriate to specific project requirements, we include the services of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers with our project team.
We are experienced at providing due diligence review of existing facilities and reports for clients in the process of buying or refinancing real estate. Our services include review and consulting for the roofing, waterproofing, and flooring elements, details, and specifications as peer review services for architects and engineers.
